Derry Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
(formerly Auroa), is a 62-bed facility located in on route 102 in Derry, New Hampshire. We are a few blocks away from the Robert Frost farm state historic site and the hometown of NASA chosen Astronaut Alan Shepard, who one of the first to land on the moon.
We have served the greater Derry area for over 40 years, and we are one of two Skilled Nursing Centers (SNF’s) in town.
Derry Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
offers short-term rehabilitation with physical, occupational and speech therapists available 7 days a week as well as long-term care, respite, and end of life. All residents’ rooms and common areas are located on the 1st floor. Derry is known for personal care, attention to detail and excellent outcomes.
