Derry Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
(formerly Auroa), is a 62-bed facility located in on route 102 in Derry, New Hampshire. We are a few blocks away from the Robert Frost farm state historic site and the hometown of NASA chosen Astronaut Alan Shepard, who one of the first to land on the moon.
We have served the greater Derry area for over 40 years, and we are one of two Skilled Nursing Centers (SNF’s) in town.

Today we welcomed the Lunar New Year with a wonderful celebration filled with delicious food, laughter, and joy!
Our residents and staff enjoyed a fantastic spread of local Chinese cuisine, including savory stir-fried noodles, flavorful fried rice, crispy spring rolls, and sweet-and-sour favorites. The meal brought everyone together around the table to share stories, smiles, and great conversation.
A special highlight of the celebration was the generous donation of fortune cookies, which added an extra touch of fun and tradition to the day. Residents and staff had so much fun cracking them open, reading their fortunes aloud, and sharing plenty of laughs over the messages inside.
The room was filled with happiness as everyone embraced the spirit of the New Year — good food, good company, and lots of cheer. It was heartwarming to see our community come together to celebrate this meaningful holiday.

💖✨ Feeling the LOVE this Valentine’s Day! ✨💖
Our hearts were full as we celebrated Valentine’s Day with our amazing residents! The day was filled with laughter, sweet treats, music, and so much joy. ❤️
Residents enjoyed a beautiful assortment of LOVEly snacks and festive refreshments that made the celebration extra sweet. 🍰💕
The highlight of the celebration was a very special serenade from our incredibly talented Activities Assistant, Zach Anson, who treated everyone to beautiful guitar playing and heartfelt love songs. 🎸🎶 Residents were smiling, singing along, and truly soaking in the moment — it was a performance filled with warmth and charm that made the day extra memorable!
Thank you to everyone who helped make this Valentine’s Day celebration so sweet and special. We are so grateful for the love shared within our community each and every day! 💕
