Derry Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
(formerly Auroa), is a 62-bed facility located in on route 102 in Derry, New Hampshire. We are a few blocks away from the Robert Frost farm state historic site and the hometown of NASA chosen Astronaut Alan Shepard, who one of the first to land on the moon.
We have served the greater Derry area for over 40 years, and we are one of two Skilled Nursing Centers (SNF’s) in town.

We had a truly special day here at Derry Rehabilitation and Nursing Center! 🐾💛
Our residents were delighted to welcome Nellie and her wonderful owner for a heartwarming visit. Nellie is a trained therapy dog, and it didn’t take long for her gentle nature and loving personality to brighten every room she entered.
From wagging tails to warm smiles, Nellie brought so much joy to everyone she met. Residents and staff alike couldn’t stop smiling as she made her rounds, offering comfort, companionship, and plenty of cuddles.
It’s amazing how much happiness a visit like this can bring — Nellie truly made everyone’s day a little brighter!
We are so grateful for visits like these and look forward to welcoming Nellie back again soon. 🐶✨

Our residents had an egg-cellent time celebrating Easter with a fun-filled egg coloring activity here at Derry Rehabilitation and Nursing Center! 🎨🥚
The room was full of laughter, creativity, and bright spring colors as everyone came together to decorate their eggs in unique and beautiful ways. From bold patterns to pastel masterpieces, each egg reflected the joy and spirit of the season. Most importantly, it was a wonderful opportunity for our residents to connect, share smiles, and create lasting memories.
We are so grateful for these special moments that bring happiness and a sense of community to our home.
