Derry Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
(formerly Auroa), is a 62-bed facility located in on route 102 in Derry, New Hampshire. We are a few blocks away from the Robert Frost farm state historic site and the hometown of NASA chosen Astronaut Alan Shepard, who one of the first to land on the moon.
We have served the greater Derry area for over 40 years, and we are one of two Skilled Nursing Centers (SNF’s) in town.

💖✨ Feeling the LOVE this Valentine’s Day! ✨💖
Our hearts were full as we celebrated Valentine’s Day with our amazing residents! The day was filled with laughter, sweet treats, music, and so much joy. ❤️
Residents enjoyed a beautiful assortment of LOVEly snacks and festive refreshments that made the celebration extra sweet. 🍰💕
The highlight of the celebration was a very special serenade from our incredibly talented Activities Assistant, Zach Anson, who treated everyone to beautiful guitar playing and heartfelt love songs. 🎸🎶 Residents were smiling, singing along, and truly soaking in the moment — it was a performance filled with warmth and charm that made the day extra memorable!
Thank you to everyone who helped make this Valentine’s Day celebration so sweet and special. We are so grateful for the love shared within our community each and every day! 💕

What an absolutely fantastic day we had with the incredibly talented Rich Smiddy! 🎶✨
Our residents were treated to the most beautiful afternoon of music, filled with the amazing sounds of Rich’s stunning voice and wonderful guitar playing. The singing was simply breathtaking, and the gentle melodies created such a warm and joyful atmosphere throughout our home.
There was plenty of toe-tapping, clapping, and even dancing as staff and residents took to the floor together! 💃🕺 It was so heartwarming to see everyone smiling, singing along, and sharing such special moments with one another. Music truly brings people together, and today was a perfect example of that.
A huge thank you to Rich Smiddy for such a memorable and uplifting performance. We are so grateful for the joy and energy you brought to our residents — we can’t wait to welcome you back again soon! 🎸🎤
