Derry Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
(formerly Auroa), is a 62-bed facility located in on route 102 in Derry, New Hampshire. We are a few blocks away from the Robert Frost farm state historic site and the hometown of NASA chosen Astronaut Alan Shepard, who one of the first to land on the moon.
We have served the greater Derry area for over 40 years, and we are one of two Skilled Nursing Centers (SNF’s) in town.

Even better, the staff had so much fun admiring each other’s looks—lots of smiles, laughs, and compliments all around. It’s days like today that remind us how special our team is and how much we enjoy celebrating together.

Our first Cocktail Hour was a hit! 🍷
Residents enjoyed drinks, wine, crackers, and great company while listening to classical music. There were plenty of laughs and wonderful moments shared by all. We’re already looking forward to the next one! 🎶
