Derry Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
(formerly Auroa), is a 62-bed facility located in on route 102 in Derry, New Hampshire. We are a few blocks away from the Robert Frost farm state historic site and the hometown of NASA chosen Astronaut Alan Shepard, who one of the first to land on the moon.
We have served the greater Derry area for over 40 years, and we are one of two Skilled Nursing Centers (SNF’s) in town.

🍫 Chocolate Day at Derry Rehab & Nursing Center!
We got extra sweet today with chocolate-covered cake pops and chocolate-covered bananas using our chocolate fountain! Residents had a blast dipping their treats and decorating them just the way they liked. Smiles, sprinkles, and lots of chocolate made the day deliciously fun!
